Don't hastily conclude that God has failed you when things don't work out the way you planned them; God has a reason for every season. Don't think that God is far from you because they succeeded in their wicked plans of making you cry; God has a reason for that season of tension and tears. Nothing happens in your life without him who called himself the "life" knowing it; his reason might not be clear to you today, but if you are patient enough, you will surely look back and see his hand in those dark, turbulent, tough and sad moments of your life... God has a reason!
The day Ronaldo scored one of legendary goals against Serbia in stoppage time, he never knew that it would be ruled out, though video replays showed that the ball crossed the line, the referee waved play on and booked Ronaldo for dissent; in the end, the goal was ruled out. When that legit goal was ruled out, Ronaldo stormed off the pitch in anger, and in the heat of that rage, he threw away his Captain's arm-band; but most times, disappointments often lead to better appointments and bring with it unforeseen blessings... Indeed, everything happens for a reason!
The arm-band that Ronaldo threw away that fateful night with Portugal's hope of qualifying for the world cup hanging in a balance was picked up and auctioned... That castaway arm-band was sold at Serbia auction market for over 75,000 dollars, and the money raised from that arm-band that was picked by a fireman at Red Star's Rajko Mitic stadium was used to carry out a life saving surgery on a toddler named, Gavrilo Djurdjevic. That surgery saved the life of that toddler, all because an arm-band was thrown away by a world class player who was frustrated and pained that his goal was ruled out... Everything happens for a reason!
The good news is that in spite of his fears of Portugal not qualifying, and the despair that led to Ronaldo throwing away his arm-band, Portugal still qualified for world cup. So the thrown away arm-band later helped save a life... Don't think that because things didn't happen the way you planned it, that they won't work out; God knows what He is doing... Finally, God's ways are not our ways... Trust Him; He has a reason for everything!
