PADRE PIO OF LEBANON AND WONDER-WORKER AND MONK OF THE EAST

In Lebanon, an Italian lady from Australia heard of Saint Charbel Makhlouf in Lebanon and decided she wanted to go with her Lebanese friend and son to visit his Shrine.

This Australian Woman was suffering from cancer, so she decided to visit Saint Charbel Makhlouf's Shrine so as to find a miracle.

On getting to the Church at Lebanon, they noticed all doors were under lock and key - the Church was closed. As she and her son walked back to the Car, a priest walked past and, the lady asked him if the church was open and he answered “How can I help you?” she narrated her predicament to him, telling him how she had come all the way from Australia, all because she wants to get healed by presenting herself to Saint Charbel Makhlouf.

She continued that she would like to get a blessing from the Priest, if he doesn't mind and the Priest agreed.

The Lady asked her son to take a picture, when the priest blesses her. She then thanked the Priest, got back in the Car and left.

As they drove back to the Hotel, she and her Lebanese friend decided to go through the photos her Son had taken.

On going through it, she they realised that that the priest in the picture is actually St Charbel.

It’s a miracle!

When she got back to Australia, she went to the hospital, re-ran some tests and the result this time came out negative - she no longer have cancer.

Her faith saved her.

    1. Yes, it is. St. Charbel is a wonder-worker, but most importantly, he increases our faith in Jesus and Mary, and helps us to be faithful to our Holy Mother Church. But we don't have to be Catholic to be healed by him, he heals everyone who asks, in some way, all who come to him are healed the way we most need it.
