Ghanaian Priest filmed kissing female students (VIDEO) is not Catholic

A shocking background of the Ghanaian Reverend Father was released on Tuesday, August 17, 2021, Pulse.ng relates that Bridget Otoo, shed some light to this occurrence.


According to what has been on circulation on the media, People have speculated that this Priest is Catholic. Bridget then shed some crystal clear light to this issue, telling that he is Anglican and not Catholic.


Bridget Otoo, the Ghanaian media Personality had cleared the air on the  background of the Anglican Reverend Father, who was filmed kissing some young female students.


On Monday, a video that captures an Anglican Church Reverend Father kissing some female students of St. Monica's College of Education in the Asante-Mampong Diocese went viral on the internet.



In this video, the Reverend Father purposely removed his nose mask before kissing the female students who took turns to receive whatever blessing the preacher may have promised them.


Some members of the Congregation, comprising of elderly and young people, are seen gleefully jumping and screaming to cheer the kissing spree of the man of God.


A lot of People are wondering whom this Priest is, and have criticized the video, while many have petitioned that he should be stripped of his Priestly duties.

Bridget Otoo had investigated and found out that the Reverend Father, whose name is yet to be known, holds key positions in the Ghana Education Service (GES).


According to Bridget, the Reverend Father is the legal counsel for the GES in the Ashanti Region and also part of the Disciplinary Committee of the GES.


She further disclosed that the Father writes all the letters for the GES in the Ashanti Region.

“Update: The reverend minister is the legal counsel for GES, Ashanti Region he ironically is part of the disciplinary committee of GES. He writes all letters for GES in the Ashanti Region. His image is what u see there. In his wig next to the Bishop,” she quoted photos of the Reverend Father in his court attire.


Meanwhile, the Anglican Church of Ghana has issued a statement condemning the act and promised to investigate the matter thoroughly.


In the statement, the hierarchy of the church said it has set up a committee made up of representatives of relevant stakeholders to investigate the matter and make recommendations.
